This is a cute, preemie sized soft vinyl doll. I thought she would be bigger. Her vinyl is soft and face is cute. She did not come with a diaper, I am on the fence about keeping her. I ordered another reborn doll and it was everything I wanted and more. This one is just not as nice. She is actually 15″, not the 18″ claimed. I like her, but probably not enough to keep her.
