Pros: Very nice product. This dollhouse kit came well-packaged in extra-heavy cardboard box with no damage to any contents, which were similarly well wrapped and protected within. The structural pieces were clearly labelled with part numbers, as were the accompanying pieces. The structure was easy to assemble, the wood-composition was firm, and the screws did not strip. There were no missing parts. The instructions for the tiny ceiling lights were a little confusing, but everything worked perfectly. Would buy again.
Cons: Part numbers were on small stickers, which were tedious to remove, and left a gluey residue, best removed with a very light oil. A solvent should not be used, as the painted background will also be removed. Part number stickers would have been much easier with a sticker glue designed for easy removal.

Absolutely love this. Took about an hr to put it all together, and when it was done it turned out very sturdy. The lights were kind of confusing but it was a quick fix. All together, very nice. The lights are touch sensitive so you can turn it off and on. All wood, and the furniture pieces that came w it were nice as well.

Bohrungen am Dach waren leider falsch, sodass das Dach nicht montiert werden konnte. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit der Reklamation außer das gesamte Puppenhaus, das schon aufgebaut war, zurückzusenden. Sehr schade für diesen Preis!

It looks great, everything was good except the lights don’t work correctly, they go out randomly without being touched and you have to wiggle the wires all over for it to work again, but that wont even last long.
