   If this product was not on sale I may have been a little underwhelmed but it was on sale when I bought it and I like it a lot! Holds a lot of stuff. Personally I wish their was more hanger space but you could fold clothes or put the clothes in the empty compartments where I put my other stuff!

   Before you buy this make sure to look at EVERY picture you can find. Because the manufacturer’s picture makes this item seem like a much better value than it really is and some of the member pictures show the real situation. There are nine items that are not ‘wearable’ and instead are paper cutouts. Please see my included picture, showing that the bottom rows of shoes are half fake, half real. The pink purse in the background, the three pairs of shoes in the back, three of the nine pairs of shoes in the front and the pairs of stud and star ‘earrings’ are all fake – all paper cutouts. The tag states that there are 31+ pieces. Of those 31 pieces here is what you get: Six pairs of shoes (instead of the 12 the picture suggests), ten articles of clothing, one purse (instead of the suggested 2) and one pair of earrings (instead of the suggested 3). That is 25 ‘wearable’ items instead of the ’31+ fashion pieces’ that the box suggests. I’m honestly shocked they didn’t raise the number of items up even more by claiming the ten hangers were ‘items’. Ours was starting to come loose from the cardboard bottom on one side, but unfortunately that is normal for this line. Thankfully the fake gold ‘brackets’ on the outside of the chest are firmly affixed, unlike other examples of this from Rainbow High (such as the two-pack with Laurel and Holly, who’s gold brackets came off in transit). The clothing is fine but not great, but the shoes have small imperfections with the molding and paint. The case seems fine, and the hinges are decently made. An actual rating is difficult to give for this item. The look on my little one’s face when they found out half of the pairs of shoes they were expecting were actually paper has made this a negative experience instead of a positive reward. If your child knows that they are only getting 10 items of clothing and 6 shoes it might be worth more than the two stars I’m giving it, but the packaging is manipulative and disrespectful. If we had seen this on the shelf at Target (like most Rainbow High items we have purchased) we would have left it sitting there. No Rainbow High item we have seen thus far has used paper cutouts like this. To their credit the individual pictures DO show the specific clothing items, but that first picture most definitely does not. The gloss around the pink purse and around the front-bottom three shoes looks real, especially to an excited child who is picking out a reward. Thank you MGM for upsetting my bunny girl. At least DollsByDorcel cut a third off the price (and now I know why). Buyer beware.

   If your child is into the rainbow high dolls this is a must have. They are the cutest little dolls and each doll usually has an extra outfit but that’s all well with the closet it’s so much more different varieties it’s even comes with a little chair they can sit in while they dress them and it opens up like a jewelry boxwood or a makeup box it’s really awesome I got it for a lot cheaper than what I would pay for at Walmart too so that was a really great find. I highly recommend ordering on DollsByDorcel instead of going to a store. Like close to a $20 difference. But yeah this is a great gift if your little girl has a dollars you have to buy this closet you just have to.

    Questo fantastico armadio è stato “il più bel regalo di Natale” a detta di mia figlia di 9 anni. Ci sono vestiti, stampelle, scarpe, borse, una mini poltrona e uno specchio. Mia figlia lo ha riempito anche con tutti gli altri abiti che aveva trovato nelle confezioni delle Rainbow High che aveva già. La plastica è molto molto robusta, è un po pesante ma molto, molto fashion!

    My 7 year old daughter got this for Christmas. Definitely agree with the reviews about the packaging being over done, but that seems to be pretty typical for everything in the RH line. The dolls are a nightmare to get out of the box, in case you haven’t had the “pleasure” of trying to open one with a child standing beside you eagerly asking IS MY DOLL OUT YET?! every 2 mins. I will also agree that you need to look at each picture, especially the one that shows which items come in the closet. The cardboard cut outs are used to show possibilities of where items can be stored if you already own those items or decide to purchase them (separately), unfortunately it is confusing and at first glance, misleading. The clothing fits pretty standard. The only item we have had issues with are the black pants that lace up the front. The velcro will not hold if you sit the doll in a chair…they come undone in the back and exposes her underwear. That particular design needed a bit more room in the back or hips. The lock is a cute added touch and being able to see everything in the closet is genius! We actually added a light to the inside just because it looks really cool reflecting off of the mirror and the little chair that comes in the closet is also a very creative touch of adding to the play value. The handle is great, making it easy to transport. Basically, it’s a really great item but the price is a bit steep. Definitely try to get it when it’s on sale. It fits perfectly into a 13” cube storage, with a little room on the side, as you can see in the picture.
