   This item came used. It was unsealed and had wrapping paper still attached to the back of the package. The outside of the cup had smudges and central perk sticker came off. I had to glue that back on and its definitely imperfect. While i am frustrated that amzon sold me a used item when it was supposed to be a new item (i paid for a new product), eventually it was made right. The customer support for this was awful. They eventually offered to right this after speaking with 5 different people. The item itself not considering the imperfections already mentioned due to being used: It is adorable. I love that the chairs spin, the foosball table spins, the doors open and close, the turkey mask can actually stay on. It is cute and fun and I love it all.

   Absolutely adorable! It is exactly what I was expect. Polly Pocket Miniatures were always my favorite toy growing up. I’m a huge fan of Friends, so this was the perfect combo. I intend on putting this on display with my vintage Polly Pockets. Everything is so well detailed from the apartments, Central Perk, balcony and hallway. Adorable pieces included within. The size is exactly what I Was expecting! It was a little pricey, but it makes for a great collectors item. This was the cheapest seller compared to other online stores. I look forward to sharing it with my little one when she’s old enough!

The mug design is super cute and so are all the tiny accessories! Even comes with Monica’s turkey head. All us ladies had fun seeing it up on her display self.
