I was hesitant to get her because of her price. When she went down to $42.99 I immediately bought her. Having her in person made me realize I probably would have bought her for full price too. She’s gorgeous. People are drawn to her when they see her. Her hair has sand-beige highlights with gold tinsel, her skirt shimmers intensely, it doesn’t show up well on camera but it’s a bit mesmerizing in-person. The embroidery on the scarf/cloth attached to her hands is high quality. Her headdress I was disappointed about at first, because there is so much detail to the mould; there are feathers and intricate patterns that all remain the same gold colour, blending into each other, hard to see. I wish the Howliday Line continues, because this is their best doll to date in the collection. Cleo embodies royalty in these clothes.

This is my first Cleo doll and sheās my favorite MH character, so I had really high hopes for this doll and it was even better than I expected. Her outfit is more detailed than you can see in the product images and her skin has a sparkly golden sheen on it. In case anyone wanted to pose her in specific ways other than standing upright, I would warn against that because her skirt is very restrictive and canāt really be bent easily with a tiny little opening for her feet and I had a heck of a time getting her on her stand for that reason. I absolutely love her though and would definitely recommend getting her if you love Cleo!

So. Much. Gold. But I mean this in a good way! There are lots of different textures and shades so even though Cleoās got a pretty monochromatic palette for her wardrobe this time around, she is still a very eye-catching doll!
Be aware that if you plan on displaying her unboxed that you WILL have to take off the pleated portion of the skirt to get her cradle-type stand where it needs to be. Trust me, it will save you some frustration!
