I didn’t take the doll out of the box before giving it to my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived only a few days before Christmas, so wrapped and gave it to her. When she opened, she screamed from excitement of getting it. So, I would say the doll was a hit. My rating is based on her reaction. This particular doll was the one she wanted. I felt the doll was a little pricey, but would do it over again just to have that reaction.
