   I have wanted to get my daughter this and finally did as one of her Christmas presents … at first sight we were both impressed at how big, beautiful and detailed Anna was along with the accessories it came with but the moment I took it out of the box and saw the back of her head with her hair in a messy hair net bun I knew it was only going to get worse, but was hopeful it wouldn’t . Continued to unravel the matted hair and it in fact only got worse. Not only is the hair knotted where no brush will ever get it out, but the hair in the back is not beautiful, straight hair that is shown as the top layer . It is stringy, thin and a complete disappointment. This should not be like this when the one and only purpose of this product is to play and style the hair. Impossible!

   Bought 3 of these for Christmas for my 3 granddaughters, ages 6, 6, and 4. They all loved it. Face washed well when one little one colored her face with marker…

   For a deluxe option this should have been better. The hair gets ratty within 15 mins of being out of the box and the plastic clips are cheaply made. The hair twirler doesn’t work that well. My toddler loves Anna so we’re keeping her but I’ve gone out and bought hair accessories to go with it and accept that Anna looks like she’s had a rough night.

    The product is very sturdy and all the items and gadgets work great. The one con is that the hair is pretty hard to brush out and braid since it is synthetic curly hair though I’m sure there is some work around.

    Die Haare sind total komisch von der Haptik. So strähnig und total verzottelt unten. Mit der mitgelieferten Bürste lassen sie sich kaum kämmen. Ich hab den für meine kleine gekauft. Die kriegt das gar nicht ohne meine Hilfe hin. Auch das Eindrehen klappt nur mit Hilfe eines Erwachsenen.

    This a great for 4 year olds and up. Sturdy product. It was ship in a timely manner. Comes well packaged and has lots of pieces. The hair is decent but if you’re not careful it will knot easily.

    Una testa che é uno scempio. I capelli sono radi ed ad effetto paglia.Le gemme non si attaccano alla tiara. Abbiamo usato la colla a caldo per attaccarle.
