Opened the toy gave it to my daughter and the arm fell off. Sent it back and seller charged me a 158 dollar restocking fee. It is bad enough that the seller sold the doll at a 300 percent markup of 185 dollars but to charge a 158 dollar restocking fee is ridiculous. I guess they are going to pawn it off on someone else. Poor quality toy and even poorer quality of merchant.
