Check the inside of your baby doll when you get her to make sure that the fabric where you insert the sound box is sewn up all the way because mine wasn’t and the cotton can be ( in my case was easily accessible). this doll is for ages 3+ but a child can unzip where you insert the sound box and easily get to the cotton. But I do love how the baby dolls stomach actually rises and falls and cries and laughs I also really really enjoy feeling the strong heartbeat pulsating.
