   Aori is a good brand for reborns. This is a cute chubby baby girl doll. She has soft vinyl skin, and not sure why one would consider this doll as “hard” or what other material would be softer other than silicone. Having reviewed a full silicone reborn, they’re floppy and sticky enough to attract hair and dirt. So this doll is about as good as it gets. She has a very realistic face with soft lashes and well drawn hair. She has a soft stuffed body with posable limbs and painted nails. Her outfit is nice, though a tad dull with tan tones. The head scarf is nice. She comes with a bottle, two rattles, magnetic pacifier, and a birth certificate. She comes in a nice box for gifting.

   This doll is such a cutie pie! Her face is so precious. While she does have some veining, her painting isn’t the most realistic. She has a soft vinyl head and limbs and a cloth body. Her body is weighted but not overly heavy. She measures slightly smaller than advertised at 18 inches from the top of her head to her toes. She comes boxed wearing a bowed headband, diaper and long sleeve bodysuit. Included in the box is a bottle, magnetic pacifier, and two rattles. However, there was no birth certificate included which is usually standard with these dolls. She’s priced around $43 which seems reasonable for her quality.

   Got this for my 8 year old daughter and she absolutely adores her new baby doll. Baby came packaged very well with her limbs wrapped gently in plastic for protection. Her outfit is adorable and even more importantly, the baby doll is so so so cute, and quite detailed. She even has faint pink and blue veins painted on. The only thing I wish I could change is that she really is not poseable. When lying down we should be able to raise her arms to rest by her head, but the limb attachment areas are a bit stiff and the arms just plop back down again. I really wish she was more poseable like in the description photos. But even so, in my daughter’s eyes, her baby has no imperfections.
