We love love love American Girl dolls in our family. The doll itself still seems to be the same quality as years ago, but accessories such as shoes have definitely declined in quality. I remember shoes from American Girl years ago used to be rubber soles with actual laces or velcro. Most of the items in this set are plastic, or even the soccer ball is just a “stress ball” kind of foam. All are super cute, and exactly as pictured, but the items unfortunately are just starting to go down in quality.
